Sebastian Dieterich

Sebastian Dieterich was a PhD candidate and a research associate in sub-project 5.

He has studied philosophy and history (University of Hamburg and University of Bern). In his final thesis he has researched the history of the New Apostolic Church in National Socialism by studying previously unknown archival materials. He was cofounder and until 2012 co-editor of dekonstrukte.de, a lab for research creation and critical theory.

Since 2012 he is a research fellow at the Institute for Critical Theory at the Zurich University of the Arts. His research is situated at the interface of philosophy, research creation and social activism and is exploring the creation of new modes of existence in resistant everyday practices.
